2. Nature of Our Services

Scholars Global Education acts as an education consultancy and guidance provider.

Our role is to provide professional assistance, information, counselling, application support and guidance based on the information available to us and the requirements communicated by relevant universities, institutions, government authorities, embassies, consulates and other third parties.

We do not control the decisions of:

2. Government departments
3. Immigration authorities

5. Visa officers

7. Financial institutions
8. Airlines
9. Accommodation providers
10. Other third-party service providers

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, residence permits, employment, internships, permanent residency, or any particular outcome.

3. Eligibility and Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for providing complete, accurate and authentic information during the counselling, application and visa process.

However, the final decision regarding admission rests solely with the relevant university or educational institution.

Admission requirements, tuition fees, deadlines, available courses, scholarship conditions and eligibility criteria may change without prior notice.

An initial recommendation or assessment by Scholars Global Education should not be interpreted as a guarantee of admission.

6. Visa and Immigration Assistance

Scholars Global Education may assist students with visa-related documentation, application guidance, interview preparation, appointment guidance and related support.

However, visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

We do not guarantee:

Scholars Global Education is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, delays, decisions, fees, service quality or failures of such third parties.

9. Fees and Payments

Students are responsible for making payments within the agreed timeframe.

Government fees, university fees, examination fees, visa fees, application fees, courier charges, travel expenses, accommodation costs, insurance premiums, foreign exchange charges and other third-party charges are separate from Scholars Global Education's professional/service fees.

Third-party fees are subject to the respective third party's terms.

Fees paid for services may be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of engagement.

Where a separate service agreement, fee agreement, engagement letter, invoice or written arrangement exists between Scholars Global Education and a student, the terms of that agreement will apply to the extent of any inconsistency.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on:

4. Third-party fees already incurred

Fees already paid to universities, government authorities, embassies, examination bodies, banks, accommodation providers, airlines or other third parties are subject to the respective third party's refund policies and are not automatically refundable through Scholars Global Education.

Students should review the applicable fee and refund conditions before making payments.

While Scholars Global Education endeavours to provide professional guidance and support, no specific result is guaranteed.
